Refund and Returns Policy

At Classic Tees, your satisfaction matters to us. Every item we ship is carefully checked for quality, but we understand that occasionally a return may be needed. To keep things clear and hassle-free, please review the following guidelines:

Product Inspection

  • We recommend reviewing your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Apparel should be checked before decorating, printing, or washing. Once modified in any way, items are no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • A return will only be accepted once we issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Packages sent back without prior approval cannot be processed and may be refused.

Additional Notes

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective goods, or shipping error), we will cover the return costs.
  • For all other approved returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
