Refund and Returns Policy

Classic Tees is a brand operated by Access Norton LLC. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are handled for purchases made at https://classictees.us.

1) Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition (and packaging if applicable)
  • Free of odors, stains, and pet hair

2) Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund (unless they arrive damaged/defective):

  • Custom / personalized / made-to-order items (including custom designs or special prints)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Clearance / final sale items (if marked as final sale)

3) Exchanges

If you need a different size/color, contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund when appropriate.

5) How to start a return

Please include your order number and the reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/provider.

7) Shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective/incorrect.

8) Payment processors

Payments and refunds may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
